November 12, 2026

Join us for a special General Counsel program focused on issues and topics facing today's Chief Legal Officers. The virtual and in-person program opens at 1:30pm and will close at 4:30pm. The in-person program is followed by a fun networking happy hour and dinner in Austin. See the detailed agenda below.

CLE is pending for the two substantive panels led by expert CLO speakers.

The first panel focuses on the changing expectations of General Counsel in the board room. Attendees will gain insight into the skills and practices that can strengthen the relationship between the general counsel and the board and best practices around enhancing effective legal advice, anticipating emerging legal and business risks, counseling directors on governance and fiduciary matters, and communicating complex legal issues.

The second panel will examine how General Counsel determine the appropriate structure and scope of the legal department and effectively deploy legal resources across an organization. Attendees will gain practical insight into the management, talent and organizational practices that enable corporate legal departments to operate effectively and respond to changing legal and business demands. The panel will also explore succession planning for the general counsel and key members of the legal team.

Join us for a great conversation and networking!
