CWIL Champion Hilda Galvan was named Chair of the Board of the Dallas Regional Chamber. The Chamber's mission is to help lead the Dallas area to become the most economically prosperous region—and the most desirable place to live and work—in the United States.
"I am excited to serve as Chair of the Chamber and work alongside the Chamber team to implement the new strategic plan," Hilda told the Metropolitan Corporate Counsel. "The plan builds on the Chamber's success with economic development and addresses the need to develop and attract talent to assure the continued economic vibrancy of the region. My personal passion to improve educational opportunities from early childhood to higher education dovetails with the Chamber's commitment to education as a key component of talent development and attraction."
