Ms. Marshall is a principal at Marshall & Lewis LLP. Ms. Marshall has handled hundreds of cases, including over a hundred jury verdicts. In recent years, on over a dozen matters, Ms. Marshall has worked as “the lawyers’ lawyer,” having been chosen by other lawyers and firms to represent them in substantial matters.

Ms. Marshall is a graduate of the University of Texas Law School. She is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law, and was the first female trial lawyer admitted as a partner at Baker Botts. Each year she has been named as a Texas Super Lawyer by Law and Politics magazine. Time Magazine named her as one of the Top Five Women Trial Lawyers in America. She has been honored by admission as a Fellow of The American College of Trial Lawyers and The American Board of Trial Advocates.
