Kim Lubel serves as the Chairman, President & CEO of CST Brands, Inc. (NYSE: CST), one of the largest independent retailers of motor fuels and convenience merchandise in North America. Based in San Antonio, Texas, CST employs over 12,000 Team Members at retail locations across the United States and Eastern Canada. Kim joined CST Brands after over 15 years of service with Valero Energy Corporation, having served most recently as its Executive Vice President and General Counsel since 2007 until accepting her current position in January 2013. Kim is also Chairman of the Board of the general partner of CrossAmerica Partners, L.P. (NYSE:CAPL), an Allentown, Pennsylvania-based master limited partnership. Kim also serves on the Board of Directors of Tulsa-based WPX Energy, Inc., (NYSE:WPX), an oil and gas exploration and production company.

Kim is very active in the San Antonio community. Since 2009, she has served on United Way’s Executive Committee and Board of Trustees. Kim served on the board of directors of Family Service Association, one of San Antonio’s oldest and largest non-profit agencies, from 2002-2009, serving as chair of the board from 2007-09.

Kim holds a B.A. in Spanish and in International Studies from Miami University (Ohio), an M.A. in International Relations from Baylor University, and her J.D. from the University of Texas School Of Law. Kim is a 2009 graduate of the Stanford Executive Program.
