Now retired, Laura Hagen was a principal at Early Cochran & Olson, LLC. Prior to joining Early Cochran & Olson, Laura spent 17 years with one of the search industry’s leading firms, where she was a founder and led the Chicago office. Her 10-year legal career includes service with some of the nation’s top law firms, including Bell, Boyd & Lloyd, where she was a partner in the corporate and securities department. Her depth of corporate and legal experience, national network of relationships, and personalized approach were tremendous assets throughout her career.

Laura received her B.A. and her J.D. with honors from The University of Texas at Austin. She also received an LL.M. from Harvard Law School.
