Meredith S. Mouer

Meredith Mouer has served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Tellurian Inc. since February 2017. Prior to joining Tellurian, she was a Partner in the corporate securities section at the law firm of Andrews Kurth LLP since 2003. While at Andrews Kurth, Ms. Mouer’s practice included advising clients in public and private equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture transactions, special committees and general corporate and securities matters. In addition, Ms. Mouer regularly counseled public companies regarding periodic reporting, corporate governance, proxy solicitation and other requirements of the federal securities laws and stock exchanges. She has particular experience relating to the energy industry including master limited partnerships. Ms. Mouer has been committed to the advancement of women lawyers for over a decade. She is a Founding Member of the UT Center for Women in Law and, together with the Managing Partner of Andrews Kurth, served as Co-Chair of Andrews Kurth’s Women’s Initiative Team for over a decade. Since 2015, she has served on the Board of Directors of SEARCH Homeless Services. Ms. Mouer received a B.A. from Vanderbilt University in 1991 and a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1995.
