About the center FOR WOMEN IN LAW
The Center for Women in Law is a national resource and champion for women lawyers, generating lasting change within the legal profession. We convene leaders, generate ideas, and lead change. The Center for Women in Law is devoted to the success of the entire spectrum of women in law, from first-year law students to the most experienced and accomplished attorneys. We empower and encourage women lawyers to confidently build, navigate, and advance their careers. Founded in 2008 by seven women who wanted to leave a legacy for future generations of women lawyers, the Center now has 50 Founding Members and an ever-growing circle of Champion, Leader, and sustaining donors.
