Women’s Power Summit attendees have achieved great prominence in the legal profession, but study after study shows that women lawyers continue to have less power, make less money, and hold fewer leadership positions than their male counterparts. The Austin Manifesto, adopted at the 2009 Women’s Power Summit, called on women lawyers to leverage their power, individually and collectively, to accelerate women’s advancement. Hear what we have accomplished, where there is still work to be done, and why the women in this room can change the outcomes for the next generation.
