CWIL Founder Chris LaFollette has been named the #1 Texas Mergers and Acquisitions Dealmaker in 2015. According to a Texas Lawbook article, Chris, corporate partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, “led the most mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures or divestitures than any other lawyer” in Texas.
“Focus on the building blocks and go back to the basics,” Chris said. “I tell young attorneys all the time it’s why we call it the practice of law – it’s always evolving. We will continue to be in interesting times."
