Allison is Assistant General Counsel, Controversy and Legal Operations, for Toyota Motor North America, Inc., with responsibility for Toyota’s claims, warranty/lemon law, asbestos, and legal operations groups.

During her time at Toyota, Allison has handled a wide scope of legal and advice matters including high profile class actions and consumer litigation, product liability and mass tort cases, and government inquiries.  Allison provides counsel and guidance to a broad range of internal business clients, with a customer-first approach to challenges and problem-solving.

Allison obtained an A.B. from Stanford University and a J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Allison joined Toyota in 2008 and relocated with her family from California to Texas in 2017.  She has two young children.
