Lisa has a diverse litigation practice representing a variety of clients in state and federal courts across the country. Lisa’s practice includes complex commercial class actions, personal injury, securities fraudenergy and natural resource litigation, pharmaceutical litigation, and business and commercial disputes.  

Lisa was one of the lead members of the trial team in the firm’s representation of the State of Oklahoma in the first trial in the country against opioid manufacturers for their role in creating the opioid crisis. The firm’s representation of the State of Oklahoma in opioid litigation led to over $900 million in settlements. 

Lisa represented the Choctaw and Chickasaw Nations in an action alleging that the federal government mismanaged over 1.3 million acres of the two Nations’ timber lands that resulted in a $186 million historic settlement. 

Born and raised in New York, Lisa obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and received her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law. At UT Law, Lisa was a member of the International Law Journal and studied international law in Chile and Argentina.  Lisa is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas, New York and Oklahoma.
