The Consortium for Advancing Women Lawyers provides the platform to bring together thought leaders from across the country who are leading initiatives to advance women in the legal profession. The 2024 in-person meeting was held in Chicago, upon the completion of the National Association of Women Lawyers conference. Attendees collaborated on common goals and discussed how to accelerate the advancement of women in the legal profession.
