A New Year brings a new program aimed at established lawyers launching March 2, 2022. In this session, we will focus on the power and importance of having a strategic career plan. In addition to covering the research that supports developing a plan, Professor Sale will detail the key elements of a strategic plan and walk us all through the importance of alignment in our own strategies. She will also lead us through the initial steps of drafting your own plan, with an emphasis on strategies for implementing it.
