Women, across cultural lines, face obstacles in working together and supporting each other in a male dominated legal profession. The promotion of full and equal participation in the legal profession involves eliminating bias and increasing diversity. The goal of any organization or profession should be to promote diverse perspectives.  The panel addressed questions about how can women work more closely together to gain common interests and how can we create an unstoppable sisterhood.
