This event has passed.On Thursday, February 23, national fair housing expert Demetria McCain, spoke on “Federal Fair Housing Policy in the Biden-Harris Administration.” The talk was held in the law school’s Eidman Courtroom at 4:15pm with a reception afterwards.

Despite entering in equal numbers, women continue to leave the legal profession at higher rates than men. The goal of Accelerate Career Start is to improve the retention of first-year lawyers and strengthen the pipeline to partnership and leadership positions.

The Center for Women in Law hosted a Back to School Reception for Faculty and Students on August 30, 2022. At the reception, students had the opportunity to mingle with colleagues and faculty.
