Since 2009, the invitation-only Women’s Power Summit™ has convened the Who’s Who of influential women in the legal profession to generate ideas and lead change.

Our first CWIL intern-initiated program “Coffee with the Court” featured three distinguished Judges.

The Ascend program launched in March 2022. The new program is aimed at established lawyers. As their careers are on the rise, women lawyers often face competing opportunities and shifting priorities as they gain a more precise definition of career success and excellence.

Accelerate Career Start creates a unique opportunity for associates to practice key skills that will accelerate the transition from law student to lawyer while developing strong and diverse networks outside of the law firm.
