Less than three percent of all partners are women of color and nearly 50 percent of law firm offices have no partners who are women of color, according to NALP. Improving these dire statistics requires a commitment from individuals and institutions to make the recruitment, retention, and advancement of women of color an integral part of any effort to advance women in the profession.
